Tween-20 is a non-ionic detergent inhibiting the adsorption of non-specific immunoglobulins to the wells of the ELISA and ELISPOT plates while permitting the specific interaction between antibody and cytokine. The detergent should be included in the wash buffer at a concentration of 0.05% (v/v) in PBS. The detergent is recommended for use in both ELISA and ELISPOT assay. Upon ordering, you will receive Tween-20 for 480 determinations.
