The polyclonal antibody to human IFN-gamma has shown to be suitable for ELISA and ELISPOT assays (van Besouw N.M. et al. 1994). The antibody is affinity purified and can be used in intracellular staining, immunohistochemistry and neutralization assays (Chai L. et al. 2010). The antibody recognizes both natural and recombinant human IFN-gamma and shows high cross reactivity with rhesus macaque IFN-gamma.
