GABA (phi-labeled anti-biotin antibodies) is used as secondary reagent in the ELISPOT procedure performed on polystyrene- or PVDF membrane-bottomed plates. GABA should be used in conjunction with Activator I and II (CT355), resulting in a microscopally black and visually yellow/brown spot. Upon ordering, you will receive one vial containing lyophilized GABA for 480 ELISPOT determinations.
