The monoclonal antibody to mouse IL-10 (clone SXC-1) is of the rat IgM subtype and can be used in ELISA (Assenmacher M. et al. 1998 and Carson R.T. et al. 1999), ELISPOT assays and neutralization assays (Mosmann T.R. et al. 1990, Nicoletti F. et al. 1997 and Park KS. et al. 2019).
