Further,theDB-12antibodyishighlyeffectiveascoatingantibodyinbothsandwichELISAandELISPOTassaysusingbiotinylatedDB-1antibody(catno.CT035)fordetection.AlsothereversecombinationinwhichtheDB-1antibody(cat.no.CT032)functionsascoatingantibodyandbiotinylatedDB-12antibody(cat.no.CT033)asdetectorcanbeusedinanELISAsystem(HaagmansB.L.etal.1994).TheDB-12antibodyisalsoapplicableinimmunohistochemistryonfrozentissuesandintracellularstaining(Nennesmo,I.etal.1989andBernard,Ietal.1998).
